Jeni is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of leadership experience, marked by significant achievements in marketing and strategic development. Her knack for transforming brands and guiding top-tier teams has not only earned her accolades but has also cemented her reputation as a forward-thinking leader.

Throughout her executive career, including roles as Chief Marketing Officer at Daisy Brand and Senior Vice President of North America Marketing at Sodexo, Jeni has demonstrated a mastery in building teams, crafting impactful marketing strategies, and developing products that resonate on a global scale.

Jeni holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

When she's not helping women shatter glass ceilings, Jeni indulges in her love for travel and wine. She also enjoys cheering on her 2 teenage sons at their track meets, where they consistently make her a proud mama.
